Client Extensions API Sample

Description

ABSTRACT
Hello World application to demonstrate the capabilities of the Symphony Client Extension API.

BACKGROUND
Symphony's Client Extension APIs can be used to extend the functionality of the Symphony web client. This API exposes a number of services that an application can use to extend the functionality of the web client. Using this API, developers can create applications which users can install, and applications can be hooked up to various parts of the Symphony UI.

The Hello World Client Extensions App is a very simple example of the core capabilities of the client extensions API. It demonstrates adding a new application module window and navigation menu item, incrementing navigation badge notification counts, and launching the application from the cashtag hover card.

RATIONALE
Several Symphony customers and partners are using the Client Extension API to build applications, either for use within their organization or broad availability. As they engage with the APIs, it is helpful to have an example from which they can learn.

Closing the issue. Let us know if all works for you and if you need a Jira project for this (or you are going to use Github to track issues).

yup that works for me, I think using Github to track issues/questions is a good approach since it'll be easier for 3rd parties to read/search/contribute.

edit: and same for the other project
