Symphony S2 Common Libraries

Description

Background
Library code developed as part of the Symphony 2.0 Overture proof of concept which is now being migrated to the Symphony production code line.

Code in the S2-common libraries is a dependency of the current production server (SBE) as well as the Overture proof of concept.

Proposal
This project contains new code developed to support the Symphony 2.0 architecture and will expand as the Symphony 2.0 initiative progresses. Only code which is required by the current production project will be moved into this project, code used only in the PoC will remain elsewhere.

Rationale
This is a pre-requisite for the migration to open source of other parts of the Symphony system.

Current State
The code in this project contributes to the production build for Symphony with effect from release 48.
Issues / Risks
None.

Repositories transferred to https://github.com/symphonyoss/S2-common and https://github.com/symphonyoss/S2-super-pom ; and are Admins on both repositories.

No invitation was sent, since they initiated the transfer and are already listed as Collaborators.

Edited

, we're ready to transfer the repositories to github.com/symphonyoss organisation.

Could you please temporarily add the Foundation's ssf-admin GitHub user as an Admin on your repositories, so that we can perform the transfer operations?
