we've also just created a legal blueprint project that is intended to make it easier to meet these kinds of requirements. It includes a NOTICE file that you could use to address the issue has identified.

To clarify, this code depends on Hadouken in the sense that it is only useful with Hadouken, but Hadouken's license does not apply to the code.
